Emergency Maintenance [Solved]

Hello Everyone,

At approximately 10:00 AM Pacific today (6/7/2016), we experienced an issue with one of our database servers. We are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. As a result, a large portion of our customers have been affected and we had to temporarily shutdown some of our customer-facing online ordering sites. We expect this situation to be resolved within the next 30 minutes and will update this post as soon as everything is back up and running.

Update: The database issue has been resolved and all customers are back up and running as of 10:19 AM Pacific. We estimate a total downtime of approximately 15-25 minutes.

Connectivity Issues [Solved]

Hello Everyone,

At approximately 8:30 AM to 12 PM Pacific today (8/13/2014), one of our data centers experienced a massive power outage which affected several key systems, causing connectivity problems for some of our customers. This issue also affected our support portal and certain other backend systems. While the problem has been resolved, we have been informed that it is possible we may experience short periods of interruption while all systems return to normal. Intermittent Service Issues [Solved]

Hello Everyone,

At approximately 7 AM to 10 AM Pacific today (6/22/2014), one of our machines handling checkout operations encountered a bug in Windows and the .NET Framework, resulting in a temporary interruption of service for some customers. We applied hotfixes to the affected system and rebuilt our software to ensure any and all files were consistent. We apologize to any of our customers this issue may have affected. General Maintenance [Solved]

Hello Everyone,

At approximately 11 PM Pacific last night (5/29/2014), we moved a couple of our servers to a larger datacenter, potentially causing a few minor interruptions of service for some of our customers. The server cluster was back online by 1:30 AM Pacific, and we have verified that everything is up and running successfully. The new facility also has improved and upgraded infrastructure compared to our previous location, which should help ensure that our services continue to run smoothly.
